Our industry-standard mist nozzles are precision engineered to produce a high percentage of smaller than 50-micron sized droplets at higher pressure ranges in a cone-shaped spray. All stainless steel orifices and pins. Bodies in brass, stainless steel, or nickel-plated brass. Made in the USA.
All of our misting nozzles are designed for an extremely high emission velocity with a low flow rate. This allows for the atomization of liquids into aerosol particles of micron size (<50 micron size) that are dispersed evenly into the environment throughout the working pressure range. The nozzles' ability for better atomization effectively evaporates their output even in climates with fairly high relative humidity.
